Which kind of safety measures due to Covid-19 to you have?

Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important to us! That’s why we strictly follow all required safety standards from the government. Throughout those standards we do our best to ensure your safety.

Are all Hotel services guaranteed?

Due to the hygiene standards of the governent, the Spa & Gym will be closed for an uncertain period.

Despite of that our hotel services are available without any interruption (except of normal safety measures like wearing a mask, keeping distance aso.). Your hotel stay is guaranteed and safe!

Is the reception open 24 hours?

Yes. We are open 24/7 and happy to assist.

Where can I park my car?

We have a small parking space (in the Imbergstraße 29, 5020 Salzburg), apx. 500 m from the Hotel. The cost ist € 24 per day. Due to limited spaces we kindly ask you to reserve your parking space in advance. You can also park your car in one of the nearby public parking garages (Raiffeisengarage: Schwarzstraße 13–15, 5020 Salzburg / Mirabellgarage: Schrannengasse 2­–4, 5020 Salzburg / both apx. 500 m from the Hotel).

In front of the Hotel we have a short-term parking zone, were you can unload / load your car.

Do you offer free wifi?

We have highspeed wifi throughout the Hotel.

Are your rooms equipped for allergic persons?

Yes they are. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your allergies.

Do all rooms have an air condition?

Yes.

Can I purchase vouchers?

Vouchers can be bought directly at the reception or online: https://www.hotelstein.at/en/gift-certificates/​​​​​​​ 

Is it possible to book sightseeing tours at the reception?

Yes of course. Our reception team is happy to assist with your ticket bookings.

Can I drink the tab water?

Yes, you can drink our tab water. The quality is excellent and the water ist additionally refined and energized through a special method of „GRANDER“.

Do the rooms have a minibar?

Every room is equipped with a minibar (anti-alcoholic), which is included in the room rate. You additionally have the possibility to order room service for food or drinks. (additonal service charge)
