What safety measures are introduced due to the Covid19 pandemic?
Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important to us! That is why we strictly follow all required safety standards announced by the Government. By implementing those standards, we do our best to ensure your safety.
Are there any restrictions to the offered services?
According to the Government policies, our Spa & Gym will stay temporarily closed. However, all the other hotel services are available without any restrictions (except safety measures like wearing a mask, keeping social distance, etc.). Your hotel stay is safe and secure with us!
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes. We are open 24/7 and happy to assist you at any time!
Where can I park my car?
We have a small parking lot (in the Imbergstraße 29, 5020 Salzburg), about 500 m away from the Hotel. The parking fee is € 24 per day. Due to limited number of parking spaces, we kindly ask you to reserve your parking space in advance. You can also park your car in one of the nearby public parking garages (Raiffeisengarage: Schwarzstraße 13–15, 5020 Salzburg / Mirabellgarage: Schrannengasse 2–4, 5020 Salzburg / both approximately 500 m away from the Hotel).
In any case, feel free to use our short-term parking zone right in front of the Hotel entrance, where you can unload / load your car.
Do you offer a free Wi-Fi?
We have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.
Are your beddings appropriate for persons with allergies?
Yes, they are. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your allergies.
Are all of the rooms equipped with air conditioners?
Can I purchase vouchers for the Hotel?
Vouchers can be bought directly at the reception or online: https://www.hotelstein.at/en/gift-certificates/
Is it possible to book sightseeing tours at the reception?
Yes, of course. Our reception team is happy to assist with booking your tickets.
Can I drink the tab water?
Yes, you can drink our tap water. The quality is excellent and the water is additionally refined and energized through a special method of „GRANDER“.
Are the rooms equipped with a minibar?
The rooms have a minibar (alcohol-free beverages only), which is included in the room rate. Additionally, you have the possibility to order room service for food or drinks (additional service charge apply).
